TRAINING TOOLKITS
Result 1 aims to create three toolkits for adapting HR practices to new trends in information technology, mobility, and sustainability impacting modern workplaces.
LEARNING PATHS
Result 2's aim is to create personalized learning paths for HR professionals to master the three toolkits in hybrid work, work mobility, and responsible use of IT.
IMPACT TOOL
Result 3's goal is to develop an impact methodology, selection of tools, and step-by-step guidelines to help users understand and demonstrate the benefits of using the toolkits.
INTERACTIVE TOOLKITS
Result 4 aims to digitalize the three toolkits and the learning paths making them interactive, adaptable to all contexts, and assessable for all users.
